Tazba (Tabbu) is a planet only mentioned by name in a filler scene when, during one of Frieza's flashbacks,King Vegeta questions a Saiyan messenger on the status of its capture.
Apparently, the Saiyans were forced to wait three days before actually attempting to capture the planet, as that was how long before the Full Moon of the planet could occur and thus presumably have the Saiyan task force go Great Ape on the population (the Tabbu-seijins). King Vegeta, wanting to capture the planet immediately under Frieza's orders, was not too happy about this. After King Vegeta killed the messenger, Frieza walks in and pretty much taunts King Vegeta.
